Step 1. Quality From The Start: Material Verification

For Stainless Steel Material Verification

Stainless Steel Thickness Measurement.
Stainless steel composition testing by chemical drops.
Stainless steel composition testing by spectrum analyzer.

Standard: RoHS & REACH for EU market,there are strict requirements for these elementsPb,Hg,Cd,Cr⁶⁺,PBBs,PBDEs. FDA for US market, strict requirements Cr≥10.5% for Non-cooking utensils, and Cr≥16% for Cooking utensils

For Plastic Material Verification

• Plastic raw materials will be sent to third party for testing before incoming.

According to (EU) No 10/2011,strict requirements on BPA,PAA,HCHO.
Also there are strcit requirements on PE and PP in FDA 21 CFR No.170-199.

• Coating or Plating materials are also strictly required.

• Any package materials made of wood and spare parts made
of bamboo source must be tracking by FSC.
